Purpose
By opting in to Jabo Supply Corporation’s Employee Text Messaging Service ("Service"), you agree to receive text message communications related to your employment. This may include, but is not limited to:
- Company updates and announcements
- Shift changes or schedule notifications
- Emergency alerts
- HR or payroll reminders
- IT or systems maintenance notices
Eligibility
This service is available to active employees of Jabo Supply Corporation who have provided a valid mobile phone number and consented to receive messages.
Opt-In Consent
By signing this agreement or otherwise confirming your opt-in via text or electronic form, you consent to receive text messages from Jabo Supply Corporation at the mobile number you provided.
Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary based on department, role, and business needs. On average, employees can expect to receive 2–5 messages per week.
Cost
Jabo Supply Corporation does not charge for this service. However, standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Check with your carrier for details.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message or by notifying Human Resources in writing. Upon opting out, you will no longer receive SMS communication from this service.
Privacy
Your mobile number and any personal information shared as part of this service will be kept confidential and used solely for internal communication purposes. Jabo Supply Corporation will not share your information with third parties without your consent unless required by law.

Messages are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed to be delivered in real-time. Jabo Supply Corporation is not liable for any delayed, missed, or undelivered messages.
Changes to Terms
